contains the energy levels (in cm-1). It includes both experimental and theoretical values of the levels energies.

Wavelengths calculated from the theoretical energies are of an indeterminate accuracy and their values are presented as negative values of the calculated wavelength.

contains the effective electron collision strengths scaled according to the rules formulated by Burgess and Tully (1992).
513 transitions were fit by hand with write_scups_gui. No problems with the data were found. Of the 50322 transitions, most were fit automatically with write_scups.pro. The remaining data file only covers 10^3 to 10^5 K. Tayal & Zatsarinny stated that their upsilons were computed from 10^2 to 10^5 K, but their metastable levels (including ground). I removed transitions for which the lower level was not a metastable level.
